Become a Member of ALC
Want to become a member at ALC? This class will introduce you to the core values that ALC desires to impart to each of our members. In addition to great food, you will also have the opportunity to meet ALC pastors and department leaders! This class is also the perfect time to have any questions answered about anything related to ALC.

The LifeCycle class is broken down into 3 parts: Faith, Engage, and Invest.
FAITH
Faith is commonly defined as: Belief, Trust, Confidence, Hope, and Loyalty. So this section defines what ALC believes, trusts, and hopes in; One God revealed in Jesus Christ, the Bible, the examples and teachings of the Apostles, and the Holy Spirit at work in us.
Why Faith? Because the Bible says, “Without faith it is impossible to please God…” (Hebrews 11:5-6). Before anything or anyone else, ALC wants to be pleasing to God.
ENGAGE
The Bible describes the church as a literally a “body” of believers – each functioning as a part of the whole.
ALC offers many opportunities to participate or “engage” ourselves in the “body” – fulfilling the basic needs of spiritual encouragement, mutual support, friendship, and camaraderie.
INVEST
To “invest” means to commit something of value with the expectation of some worthwhile result or profit.
ALC asks its members to continually “invest” their time, treasure, and talents into our faith community – with the expectation of genuine fulfillment and eternal rewards.
