Welcome to Essence, a Women's ministry of ALC!
As Women of Essence, we are here to represent God. To RE-Present Him here on the earth. We are here to reveal or manifest God's very Essence to everyone we meet!
Essence is the attribute or set of attributes that make a person what it fundamentally is. Essence is something that exists!
What are the Attributes that make us Women of Essence?
Purpose/Direction-
Our purpose is to glorify God in everything we think, say, and do. Phil 2:12-16Passion-
For Christ, a hunger for His Word and His Presence. Heb 12:1-2
Faith-
A faith that will sustain us through whatever comes our way. Mark 11:22-26, Heb 11:1
Influence-
The power to move people towards Christ through a Godly lifestyle. Matthew 5:14-16
Wisdom-
That we would have the knowledge of Christ to discern what is best. Phil 1:9-11
These are the attributes that are essential in bringing forth the Essence of God! By having these attributes, we are God's Essence!
It is not about me! What is the vision of the Women's ministry? Our vision is to draw closer to Him and allow others to see our lives. How we live is how we will impact others!
Let's be Women of Essence! Women that have a passion for God and compassion for people!
